L’UNION EUROPÉENNE DES PARACHUTISTES (UEP) est une association qui rassemble, sous forme fédérative, des associations nationales européennes d’anciens parachutistes militaires.« Europe » s’entend géographiquement. Nul n’est besoin d’être membre de l’Union européenne pour demander à intégrer l’UEP.
The European Paratroopers Union (UEP) is an association that brings together, in a federative structure, European national associations of former military paratroopers. “Europe” is understood geographically.One does not need to be a member of the European Union to apply for membership in the UEP.
Elle est déclarée en tant qu’association régie par la loi du 1er juillet 1901 relative au contrat d’association et le décret du 16 août 1901 pris pour l’exécution de la loi du 1er juillet 1901. Ses statuts sont publiés au Journal officiel de la République française. Sa durée est illimitée. Elle a son siège social, 76, rue Marc Sangnier, 94 700, Maisons-Alfort. Il peut être transféré à tout endroit de la même ville ou en France par décision du présidium.
It is registered as an association governed by the Law of 1 July 1901 concerning the contract of association and the Decree of 16 August 1901 implementing the Law of 1 July 1901. Its statutes are published in the Official Journal of the French Republic. Its duration is unlimited. Its registered office is located at 76, rue Marc Sangnier, 94700 Maisons-Alfort. It may be transferred to any location within the same city or elsewhere in France by decision of the presidium.
Le Français et l’Anglais sont les deux langues officielles utilisées dans l’UEP. Lors des réunions, congrès et autres activités, si une autre langue doit être utilisée, l’organisateur doit assurer la traduction simultanée des diverses interventions officielles en Anglais.
French and English are the two official languages used in the UEP. During meetings, congresses and other activities, if another language is to be used, the organizer must ensure simultaneous translation of the various official interventions into English.
ARTICLE II : Buts.
L’UEP constitue une force indépendante, hors de toute idéologie politique ou confessionnelle ;
- L’UEP est fondée sur les valeurs traditionnelles des parachutistes militaires de toutes les générations ;
- L’UEP encourage toute entreprise ayant pour but de construire une Europe Unie ;
- L’UEP s’associe aux grandes manifestations qui pérennisent les traditions militaires et qui transmettent aux jeunes l’esprit parachutiste fondé essentiellement sur le sens de l’honneur et du devoir ;
- L’UEP initie et coordonne toutes les actions ayant pour but de développer la solidarité entre ses adhérents ;
- L’UEP n’intervient pas dans les affaires intérieures des associations qui la composent.
ARTICLE II: Objectives.
- The UEP is an independent force, free from any political or religious

- The UEP encourages any undertaking aimed at building a united Europe.
- The UEP participates in major events that perpetuate military traditions and transmit to young people the paratrooper spirit, based essentially on a sense of honor and duty.
- The UEP initiates and coordinates all actions aimed at developing solidarity among its members.
- The UEP does not interfere in the internal affairs of its member associations.

Créé en 1963 et reconnue d’Utilité Publique en 1978, l’Union Nationale des Parachutistes (UNP) est une association de type 1901. Elle regroupe et accueille, dans un esprit amical et dynamique, tous ceux et celles qui ont obtenu un brevet militaire ou prémilitaire de parachutiste ainsi que des membres amis souhaitant partager et pérenniser les valeurs qui les unissent tous. Héritiers des formations parachutistes qui se sont illustrées sur tous les continents, sous l’autorité de chefs légendaires et prestigieux, au cours des 70 dernières années, et quels que soient leur armée, arme, spécialité, unité, grade et statut d’origine, les membres de l’UNP, Anciens militaires ou d’active, sont avant tout animés par l’amour de la France, en toute indépendance philosophique, confessionnelle et politique.
Created in 1963 and recognized as a Public Utility in 1978, the National Union of Paratroopers (UNP) is an association of type 1901. It brings together and welcomes, in a friendly and dynamic spirit, all those who have obtained a military or pre-military parachutist certificate as well as friendly members wishing to share and perpetuate the values that unite them all. Heirs to the paratrooper formations that have distinguished themselves on all continents, under the authority of legendary and prestigious leaders, over the past 70 years, and regardless of their army, branch, specialty, unit, rank and status of origin, the members of the UNP, whether former or active military personnel, are above all driven by love for France, in complete philosophical, religious and political independence.

Elle possède la personnalité juridique en tant qu’« association reconnue ». Cette reconnaissance lui a été accordée par le décret présidentiel n° 620 du 10 février 1956, sur proposition du ministre de la Défense.The ANPd’I, the National Association of Italian Paratroopers, is the sole “arms association” of Italian paratroopers, in accordance with Article 941 of Legislative Decree No. 90 of March 15, 2010. It possesses legal personality as a “recognized association.” This recognition was granted by Presidential Decree No. 620 of February 10, 1956, upon the proposal of the Minister of Defense.

Présentation de la FENASVPE
La Fédération nationale des associations de vétérans parachutistes d’Espagne (FENASVPE) est une fédération socioculturelle à caractère civil, apolitique et à but non lucratif. Ses motivations sont l’amour de l’Espagne, la loyauté envers Sa Majesté le Roi, et l’appréciation des forces parachutistes dont ses membres faisaient partie.
La FENASVPE est composée de plus de 2 000 membres regroupés en 24 associations de vétérans parachutistes réparties sur tout le territoire national. Plus de 85 % des membres de la FENASVPE proviennent de soldats engagés ayant servi dans des unités de parachutistes des forces armées (Armée, Armée de l’air et Marine).
La FENASVPE fonctionne comme un organe fédératif de coordination, de représentation et de liaison entre les associations et les unités de parachutistes, ainsi qu’avec d’autres organisations et autorités.

Summary of FENASVPE
The National Federation of Paratrooper Veterans Associations of Spain (FENASVPE) is a socio-cultural federation of a civil, apolitical, and non-profit nature. Its motivations are love for Spain, loyalty to His Majesty the King, and appreciation for the paratrooper forces of which its members were a part.
FENASVPE is composed of over 2,000 members grouped into 24 paratrooper veteran associations distributed throughout the national territory. More than 85% of FENASVPE members come from enlisted ranks who served in paratrooper units of the Armed Forces (Army, Airforce and Navy).
FENASVPE functions as a federative body for coordination, representation, and liaison between the associations and the Paratrooper Units, as well as with other organizations and authorities.

BG Zsolt MOLNÁR completed his studies at the Kossuth Lajos Military College in 1993 and began his officer service in Hódmezővásárhely as infantry platoon commander. He served in special operations positions in Szolnok for more than a decade. He completed his senior executive (Staff College) studies in London at the Royal College of Defence in 2017. Between 2018 and 2022, he served as a national liaison officer in the United States, Virginia. From January 1, 2023, he was the commander of the HDF Kinizsi Pál 30th Armored Infantry Brigade. From August 2025, he is the deputy commander (land forces) of the Hungarian Defence Forces Joint Forces Operational Command
